The place has its own entrance. There is a room with a double bed and separate bathroom. There is a small room with a fridge microwave and electric kettle, but no other cooking facilities .The super market is 3 mins walk away.

The niche cottage has been a perfect stay for my 1st week in Dublin. The close proximity to buses, dunnes shopping centre & about 900m away from the luas/tram stop are such a huge convenient to me. The lovely cottage is well taken care of by Laura. Laura has been a wonderful, friendly & amazing host to me. Highly recommended & would definitely promote this to any professionals looking for a temporary stay before starting work in dublin.

Laura's unit is a very nice self contained building behind her house and it looks new. I really like the natural wood on the outside of the building and inside on the doors and the ceiling. The unit is very clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. Also Laura is a really nice person to work and talk with. I highly recommend staying at her place.

Laura and her Family were great Hosts. They were all very friendly and helpfull. Laura responded to our request for the stay very quickly, so we could get on with the booking of a flight straight away. Our stay was very good. The Shoemra was clean and had everything there, what we needed. It was a nice quiet place to be. Dublin City Center is reachable via Luas or Bus, without any problems.

Laura hat unsere Anfrage für den Aufenthalt schnell beantwortet, sodass wir direkt die Flüge buchen konnten. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Das "Shoemra" war sauber und hatte alles was wir benötigten. Es war ein ruhig. Dublin City Center war gut über Luas und Bus zu erreichen.

Il deposito e’ incassato in anticipo per conto dell’host per consentirgli di tutelarsi contro eventuali cancellazioni effettuate con meno di 7 giorni di anticipo o nel caso di mancato arrivo. Pagherai quindi il restante saldo direttamente all’host all’arrivo. Il deposito del 25 % viene trasferito all’host due giorni lavorativi dopo la data prevista di arrivo. Questo pagamento a titolo di deposito ti verrà restituito solamente nel caso in cui cancelli la prenotazione con un preavviso di almeno 7 giorni rispetto alla data di arrivo.

Non appena la prenotazione viene confermata dall'ospite e la commissione di prenotazione viene pagata, Homestay.com invierà una mail di conferma con gli indirizzi email e numeri di telefono per mettersi in contatto direttamente. E' vietato scambiare contatti diretti attraverso il sistema di messaggistica prima del pagamento della prenotazione.
