In a medioeval building a very big and nice top floor studio flat with an amazing view overlooking the city center and the countryside. The flat is located at the top of the city center just few steps from "Corso Vannucci". The studio flat is composed by one big bedroom with a double bed corner, a kitchen, a nice bathroom and a balcony overlooking the city center and the countryside panorama with a nice table and chairs to eat outside. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer, washing machine, oven, kettle and a toaster. There is plenty of pottery and cuttlery as well. The studio flat has got wodden floor and it has just been restored. The wi-fi is included in the rent. Just ouside the building there are a lot of nice restaurants with local cuisine, as well as shops, pubs and small supermarkets, a bakery and grocery are just down the road. Although, I'm living downstairs, there are 2 different entrances to the flat. I have 2 really nice cats which are usually walking around the roofs and could come to say hello to my guests upstairs! If you want to enjoy your staying, come to spend sometime with us!! I'll be available to answer any question about the city and suggest you any local places to eat and visit around!

My flat is located in the city center, just few steps from "Arco dei Priori" on Corso Vannucci. You can easily walk around to visit the center without bumping into a car. The area is very nice to live either during the day and at night time. There are shops, little supermarkets, groucery and veggie market just outside the front door. There are also few free parking at the bottom of the street as well as secure parking. There is also an escalator to reach the center and a little metro train that stops nearby to reach the main train station.

Successivamente, pagherai l'host all'arrivo, oppure in base alle condizioni descritte nel profilo dell'host e concordate al momento della prenotazione. Ti preghiamo di prestare sempre molta attenzione alle richieste di pagamento anticipato avanzate dall'host, specialmente quando tali termini di pagamento non sono inclusi nel profilo dell'host. Tutti i nostri host sono stati avvisati che, se desiderano richiedere un pagamento anticipato, devono indicarlo chiaramente all'arrivo. In ogni caso, ci raccomandiamo di diffidare da chi chiede un pagamento da effettuarsi via Money Gram o Western Union.

Non appena la prenotazione viene confermata dall'ospite e la commissione di prenotazione viene pagata, Homestay.com invierà una mail di conferma con gli indirizzi email e numeri di telefono per mettersi in contatto direttamente. E' vietato scambiare contatti diretti attraverso il sistema di messaggistica prima del pagamento della prenotazione.
