Siamo una coppia sposata di 39 anni. Nostro figlio e nostra figlia sono indipendenti. Abbiamo una bella camera per gli ospiti che possiamo offrirvi. Sono un buon oratore inglese. Mio marito ed io siamo disponibili a mostrarvi l'autentico Giappone. La nostra casa si trova vicino a Tokyo ea 25 minuti dal centro di Tokyo in treno. Il treno arriva ogni 5~10 minuti. Siamo una famiglia ospitante esperta. Siamo molto felici di aiutarti ad avere un soggiorno non turistico come locale. Preferiamo che le persone della nostra età condividano il nostro tempo, ma vorremmo anche condividere con i nostri bambini ospiti di età.

La nostra casa si trova a dieci minuti. a piedi dalla stazione di Musashi Urawa. 2 minuti a piedi dal negozio conveniente e diversi negozi di generi alimentari che aprono 24. 25 minuti a Tokyo in treno. Dalla stazione più vicina l'autobus va all'aeroporto di Haneda.

I loved staying with Akiko and her husband Michio so much I decided to stay there again! Akiko is kind, caring, and fun! She loves hearing and telling funny stories. Her large home (by Japanese standards) is absolutely beautiful, modern, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Her furniture is comfortable, including the beds. It was a perfect and very comfortable stay! There are no pets in the home and no smoking inside the home which was amazing for my many allergies. You can keep food in their refrigerator and use their kitchen and washing machine too. Aikido's English is excellent and she was very willing to help me translate food labels to avoid my allergies. Her husband, Michio, is also a kindhearted person who enjoys shopping and museums. Both Akiko and her husband helped me to accomplish my shopping and site seeing in Tokyo. Her home is an easy walk to the nearest train station which can whisk you to any part of Tokyo. The neighbourhood surrounding her home has a cute little park where you can enjoy seasonal cherry blossom blooms (2 minutes way), a 7-11 convenience store (1 minute away), and many shops at the station including Starbucks and full grocery store (5 minutes away). It is an easy walk with luggage as the terrain is flat and the footpaths are wide. Please stay here and enjoy an authentic Japanese home with friendly, helpful, warm hosts who really do care about making your experience in Japan the exact way you wish it to be. They were supportive without being intrusive. They were absolutely perfect hosts. I arrived as a stranger and we parted as family. I hope to be back soon and will certainly stay with Akiko and Michio.

I loved staying with Akiko! It was really like staying with family. Akiko was so helpful and also really fun to be around. It was really nice meeting her family. The area around their house was very nice as well! It is close to Tokyo, but isn't crowded and has a wonderful park nearby with a lake. I really suggest going here!!

Akiko was an amazing host! Her and her husband were very nice to us and treated us well. The house is beautiful and the room where we stayed was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and everyday we got to try new things. This is definitely a home I recommend!

Akiko et sa famille sont des gens formidables, gentils et ouverts d’esprit. Ils sont toujours prêts à vous faire découvrir la culture japonaise et à passer de bons moments avec vous. Leur maison est accueillante et d’une propreté irréprochable. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi et j’espère sincèrement y retourner un jour. Un grand merci à eux.

Contatta l'host per verificare la loro disponibilità e chiedi loro eventuali informazioni necessarie a finalizzare il tuo soggiorno. Una volta che l'host conferma che e' disponibile per le date richieste, è possibile completare la prenotazione.
Quando pago?
Una volta che l’host conferma di essere disponibile, puoi procedere con la prenotazione e pagare il 15% a titolo di commissione di prenotazione (con un massimo di 250 $£€ per soggiorni estesi) e un 25% di deposito utilizzando diverse opzioni di pagamento: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. Il deposito e’ incassato in anticipo per conto dell’host per consentirgli di tutelarsi contro eventuali cancellazioni effettuate con meno di 7 giorni di anticipo o nel caso di mancato arrivo. Pagherai quindi il restante saldo direttamente all’host all’arrivo. Il deposito del 25 % viene trasferito all’host due giorni lavorativi dopo la data prevista di arrivo. Questo pagamento a titolo di deposito ti verrà restituito solamente nel caso in cui cancelli la prenotazione con un preavviso di almeno 7 giorni rispetto alla data di arrivo.
Quando posso condividere i miei dati di contatto?
Non appena la prenotazione viene confermata dall'ospite e la commissione di prenotazione viene pagata, Homestay.com invierà una mail di conferma con gli indirizzi email e numeri di telefono per mettersi in contatto direttamente. E' vietato scambiare contatti diretti attraverso il sistema di messaggistica prima del pagamento della prenotazione.
