Siamo una coppia di mezza età e amiamo incontrare persone. Abbiamo due camere disponibili come i nostri figli hanno lasciato a casa. Questo non è l'affitto di tutto l'appartamento ma le singole stanze. La nostra struttura è situata in posizione centrale e facilmente raggiungibile con l'autobus.

Viviamo in una strada residenziale tranquilla. In 3 minuti troverete la prima fermata dell'autobus e in 10 minuti potrete raggiungere a piedi una delle strade principali di Malta, da dove potrete prendere la maggior parte degli autobus. Un minuto di distanza c'è un negozio di generi alimentari. In autobus per lo più 20 minuti a Sliema / Gzira o St Julians.

Mrs. Therese and her husband Joseph are excellent people, they made me feel at home, they are very kind, they are willing to help in everything, I really loved these weeks in their home.

Therese is so much welcoming and caring. She and her companion Jo let us live just like if we were at home.
Her large apartment is beautiful, really clean and light. The bedrooms are comfortable.
From the terrace, we had an amazing view on Sant'Elena Church and Mdina in the distance.
The area is very quiet. And it's easy to travel to most of the places from different bus stations.

It was probably one of my best stay ever in a foreign country. The kindness of Thérèse and his partner is a reality, and has facilitated a lot my stay in the island, which was totally unknown for me. Plus, their apartment is nice, so clean, and comfy. The bedrooms are largely much more than enough, and they are a heaven after a long walk in the day. So, yes, trust them and book ! Guy.

I could not say enough good about Therese, for Therese is a woman of the highest character and most compassionate of hearts. I lived with Therese in her flat for the beginning of my time in Malta as a student. Her home was happy, welcoming, spotlessly clean, and with enough space for everyone. Therese helped me acclimate easily and went above and beyond for me and my needs. She was always kind and always helpful and did more than was required simply out of the goodness of her heart. I left her homestay with a feeling of indebtedness for her unmerited good faith, patience, and charity. In finding an excellently reviewed host, I did not also expect to find a friend. Yet, I count Therese as such. Even more, after having helped me through a difficult time and transition, I consider her my Maltese guardian angel. With much love, BKB

I've spent 5 weeks at Therese's and everything was perfect. The apartment is close to everything and Therese and her family are great people. Therese made me feel like I was at home and like I was part of her family. Being there was an amazing experience for me and I hope to see Therese again very soon! I would definitely recommend this experience more than any airbnb or other accommodation. Thank you Therese for everything !

Come posso prenotare?
Contatta l'host per verificare la loro disponibilità e chiedi loro eventuali informazioni necessarie a finalizzare il tuo soggiorno. Una volta che l'host conferma che e' disponibile per le date richieste, è possibile completare la prenotazione.
Quando pago?
Una volta che l’host conferma di essere disponibile, puoi procedere con la prenotazione e pagare il 15% a titolo di commissione di prenotazione (con un massimo di 250 $£€ per soggiorni estesi) e un 25% di deposito utilizzando diverse opzioni di pagamento: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. Il deposito e’ incassato in anticipo per conto dell’host per consentirgli di tutelarsi contro eventuali cancellazioni effettuate con meno di 7 giorni di anticipo o nel caso di mancato arrivo. Pagherai quindi il restante saldo direttamente all’host all’arrivo. Il deposito del 25 % viene trasferito all’host due giorni lavorativi dopo la data prevista di arrivo. Questo pagamento a titolo di deposito ti verrà restituito solamente nel caso in cui cancelli la prenotazione con un preavviso di almeno 7 giorni rispetto alla data di arrivo.

Non appena la prenotazione viene confermata dall'ospite e la commissione di prenotazione viene pagata, Homestay.com invierà una mail di conferma con gli indirizzi email e numeri di telefono per mettersi in contatto direttamente. E' vietato scambiare contatti diretti attraverso il sistema di messaggistica prima del pagamento della prenotazione.
