Resta con Michelle e la famiglia nella nostra casa a Brighton.
Abbiamo una grande camera doppia contenente cassetti con specchio, scaffalature, luci di lettura, sedie. Armadio contenitore.
Abbiamo molti interessi diversi; natura, socializzazione, teatro, sport, musica, concerti, festival, cucina, fotografia, viaggi e fashion design.
Michelle ha 48 anni, parla inglese e ama la cucina, la musica, i concerti, i festival, la socializzazione, i viaggi, la natura, il fashion design e il teatro.
3 bambini di età compresa tra i 23 e i 13 anni, molto amichevoli e adorano incontrare nuove persone da tutto il mondo.
3 cani che sono estremamente amichevoli e amano immensamente le coccole. Sono tenuti nella cucina della casa, quindi non entreranno nelle camere dei nostri ospiti.

Si prega di mantenere la nostra casa sicura, si prega di non lasciare nessuna delle porte aperte o sbloccate quando non si è a casa, la chiave di sicurezza deve essere utilizzata quando si entra e si esce di casa e si deve prestare attenzione per garantire che il codice non venga lasciato esposto.
Per favore, non regolare tu stesso le impostazioni di calore, chiedimi e lo farò felicemente per te.
Gli ospiti sono pregati di considerare che i bambini dormiranno in casa in tarda serata e pertanto è richiesto che il rumore sia mantenuto a un volume ragionevole.
Si prega di mantenere il rumore al minimo dopo la mezzanotte.
Per favore, non invitare estranei nella nostra casa; se desideri invitare un amico, per favore concordalo con me in anticipo.
Si prega di assicurarsi che la propria camera e le sale comuni siano tenute in ordine e prive di piatti, stoviglie e generi alimentari deperibili.
Le lenzuola fresche saranno fornite per gli ospiti che soggiornano più di una settimana.
L'uso della lavatrice è disponibile solo nei fine settimana ed è soggetto a un supplemento di £2.50 addebito per lavaggio, per gli ospiti che soggiornano per più di un mese verrà addebitato al mese, per gli ospiti che soggiornano per meno di un mese, il pagamento sarà dovuto prima di ogni lavaggio. Si prega di assicurarsi che il pagamento completo sia effettuato prima della partenza.
È severamente vietato fumare in casa, se si desidera fumare, si prega di farlo bene nel giardino sul retro.
Se desideri che un amico venga a trovarti, chiedi prima di farlo, nessun'altra persona oltre agli ospiti prenotati deve rimanere nella stanza durante la notte.
I cani sono tenuti in cucina e non hanno libero accesso alla casa, quindi assicurati che la porta della cucina sia chiusa dietro di te quando entri ed esci, questo assicurerà anche che non scappino dalla porta principale mentre è aprire.
Assicurati che tutte le porte e le finestre siano tenute chiuse e bloccate mentre sei fuori casa.
Una chiave verrà fornita all'arrivo in famiglia, eventuali chiavi smarrite verranno addebitate per la loro sostituzione.
Verrà richiesto un deposito del 15% per prenotazioni superiori a 10 giorni e prenotate prima di 1 mese dall'arrivo, che dovrà essere effettuato dopo aver ricevuto la conferma della prenotazione da Homestay e tramite bonifico bancario, questo deposito non è rimborsabile in caso di scegli di cancellare la prenotazione o di non arrivare, tuttavia questo verrà detratto dal pagamento finale dell'alloggio una volta arrivato.
Per favore, goditi il tuo soggiorno e tratta la nostra casa come faresti con la tua casa.

Michelle was great. Very hospitable and on hand to answer any questions, the house is well equipped if you needed to make a proper meal. Location is in a quiet close but very easily accessible to Brighton and surrounding areas. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area, thank you again Michelle!

My girlfriend and I have stayed here for a month. Hope the comments help.
Fact 1: Flies everywhere at the kitchen.
Fact 2: The host didn’t return us the change (9pounds) when we paid the rent, said it’s the deposit for the washing machine. We involuntarily paid for the washing in advance.
Fact 3: We asked about the use of kitchen before renting, on the first day of arrival and during our stay. Got three different answers. Ended up overcharged for excessive use of kitchen from the deposit for “washing”.
On the website, she originally ticked the use of kitchen. When we texted her about this, she replied light cooking is allowed, without mentioning any charges. On the first day of arrival, she replied 20 minute, no charges mentioned. In the middle of our stay, she changed it again to cook once per day, also without mentioning the charges.Fact 4: We agreed with the use of WhatsApp to record the times of washing. In the end, the host insisted we had used more than what’s recorded and refused to give back the unused deposit (plus the charge for the kitchen).
Fact 5: NEW rules added in the middle of our stay, included but not limited to : opening the curtains (window size: about 2M x 3M) of our room in the day time and the reason provided was she thought closed curtains made her house looked untidy. Do not put the used plates and cups on the table inside our room,etc... But we actually cleaned all things we used and put them back in the communal kitchen cupboard and left nothing used unclean in the kitchen.

Rio and his girlfriend came to stay for a month.
An explaintion:
The kitchen was used every single day to fully ‘cook’ breakfast, lunch and dinner, even though I had advised on their booking that ‘light use’ of the kitchen was permitted. Light use is about one cooked meal a day, use of the fridge, use of dish & food washing facilities and use of dishes, my kitchen is not a ‘communal’ kitchen, it is my home!
They both stayed in the double room every single day, all day for the entire 31 days with the curtains fully closed, not airing the room at all, even though they gave the impression when they booked, that they would be studying in the local universities and working during their stay. This was overwhelming and made the house feel uncomfortable as they were always present.
Their bedroom was kept in such a horrendously untidy & messy state that I couldn’t even get in the clean it or change the bedding. I had to knock on the door and ask them to pick up all of their clothes off of the floor in order to Hoover and polish, while they sat in there and watched me!
They both showered for 25 minutes each each day after 11 in the evening, I had to ask for them to shower before 9 as I have children and this will disturb their sleep during the week.
They left dirty plates in their room all day even though they were asked to wash their dishes when they were used and not to be kept in their room, leaving limited dishes in my kitchen and increasing flies and possible bugs.
They used the washing machine during the week days when they were asked to wash just at the weekends and used it more than they paid for, they only started WhatsApp notifications when I asked them to, after they had already used the machine on a couple of prior occasionsNot welcome in the future!
