  I would recommend Tobi to anyone renting out rooms! he was great conversationalist and a perfect guest! The good qualities you would expect from a guest in your own home. He was polite, considerate, tidy, very sociable, helpful and quiet. It felt good, safe and comfortable to have him living here. As a person he was great to get to know. I would recommend him to anyone renting out rooms! You are always warmly welcome back! I wish you all the best for the future.
