Hola Julia. Sorry you were not happy with a few issues while at the home. All the issues you mentioned as dissatisfaction are well stated in the home description and it appears that you did not read them well before making the reserve..
The bathroom is to be shared when both rooms are rented. The home has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 as air condirioning and Bedroom 2 ( THE BEDROOM THAT YOU RENTED DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONG). These two issues are well identified in the home escription.. the description also states that the breakfast that is included in the rental is very basic. we do not offer breakfast at this location.. Therefore , we are also not able to recommend you because it is obvious to us (as it should be to other hosts), that you do not read or understand all of the home description and then expect more than what you had agreed to at the time of your reserve.. wish you the best and thanks..familia CruzMarzo 2018
Julia and boyfriend are amazing people. Hoping next time you can stay longer. We DO recommend them to everybody.
