He was very polite but I believe he didn't understand English that weoll. He's study Visa wasn't approved so he could not come to Canada for January 2020. He asked me to refund his 25% down payment but I said no. Because unfortunately he didn't cancel his reservation within the 48 hours limit has per Homestay policy. I had reserved the for Emmanuel for a hold month before his planned arrival date.
I did offer to give a free months rent in the future if his Visa got approved at a latter date.
