Vivo in una casa antica e indipendente e molto silenziosa pur trovandovi in centro della città, ho molto piacere di avere ospiti a casa mia e avere cura del loro benessere e farli sentire come a casa di un'amica!
Gli ospiti alloggiano al 1° piano della casa in maniera indipendente ed autonoma con camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno, cucina, incluso WIFI e su richiesta posso preparare pranzo o cena (non inclusa nel costo del soggiorno).
Per l'approvazione della richiesta di prenotazione chiedo il versamento del 30% del costo per confermare la prenotazione. Anche homestay chiederà il pagamento per il loro servizio al momento della prenotazione, il costo del servizio si aggira intorno ai 10 euro e non è incluso nel 30% da versare a me.

Absolutely amazing experience staying 5 days with rosa! Got lots of pasta and breakfast every day and she also showed us around!

Rosamaria is a very kind person. The apartment is very nice, clean and good located, very cosy. The company of Sole and Dali was very fun. We really like to talk with Rosamaria. Unfortunatelly we can’t stay 7 nights and Rosa was very understanding. Highly recommented!

Rosamaria è una persona fantastica, piena di energie e molto disponibile. La camera è ampia, la casa si trova al centro di Bisceglie (la stazione è vicina, facilmente raggiungibile) ed è molto bella... Addirittura il bagno ha anche un balcone!! Assolutamente consigliatissima!
Rosamaria is a super nice woman, full of energy and really kind. The room is large and the house is located in the city center (train station is also close and easy to reach). I really feel to recommend this place for your stay!

Stare dalla signora Rosamaria e' come stare a casa di una zia! :) Sono stato benissimo, Rosamaria e' una persona buona, super amichevole e gentilissima che rende il soggiono in citta' ancora piu autentico. Soggiorno consigliatissimo.

Rosamaria is a very kind and warm person. Her family is also great. She helped with anything, so I was very comfortable. The room was clean, large and cozy. Daily necessities were perfect for me. I’m glad I chose to stay here! Thank you.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
