The house is new and I live here by myself right now. I'll be waiting for you with a nice Italian aperitivo to welcome you. I offer to pick you up from the train station if you need this service for free.
I am a teacher of Italian as a foreign language and I am also a trainer of professor. I'm able to speak fluently english, spanish, portuguese and, of course, italian!
There are two rooms available, one is double and one is a single room, both are very big and comfortable.
All the furnitures are new. I bought this apartment 3 years go.
I have two balconies with a great views, a big Kitchen/Living room with a huge Oled TV even I suppose you're not traveling for watching tv programs.
Close to the mountains we don't need air conditioning even on summer, because in the night the temperature drop down here.

About the Area
My apartment is in the middle of the Verdicchio Wine Valley, in a small village calls Castelraimondo, in the Marche region. You will find here the typical italian atmosphere, amazing ice-cream, typical restaurants with local organic food and wonderful wines.
You will find here the right place for relaxation to reach most of the most beautiful place we have around here like Frasassi Caves, Fabriano, Pioraco, Castelluccio, Monti Sibillini, Monte Conero, Macerata, Fiastra Lake and so on. 30 minutes from the highest mountains and 1 hour to the Adriatic coast.

Please close the doors and windows before you go out.
You can use the kitchen but please leave it clean.
Animals are forbidden even I love them.
Don't bring unknown people home. If you want to invite someone please ask me first.
Feel yourself comfortable and respect the apartment. During your staying threat the place like it was yours.
Please do not disturb after 11 p.m.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
