My Villa near the forest within an area called the "Colle Diana", I opened my Bed Breakfast, where & peace and tranquility are the master. Fully open to my guests. The lounge, Garden, patio. Interaction with guests During the stay, I'll almost always available and ready to prepare a good aperitif, or a candlelit dinner. All prepared with local products and organic farming, served on the patio in summer, or by the fireplace always lit in winter. Diana Hill, the area where is my home, so named because inside was the remains of a temple dedicated to Diana, the goddess italica, Roman and Latin Lady of Woods, wildlife protector, guardian of the sources and streams, protector of women, which ensured non-painful, and dispenser of sovereignty. And still the goddess of hunting, of virginity, archery, forests and the moon ... How to get to Sutri: A1 motorway: exit at Magliano Sabina exit, take the S.S. Flaminia up in Civita Castellana and hence follow the S.S. 311 to Nepi and then the Cassia. from Viterbo: take the Via Cassia to km 27. from Rome: take the Via Cassia until Km 50. Railway: Viterbo-Roma Line, get off at station Capranica-Sutri. 5 Km is the country. : Bus COTRAL Line from Rome and Viterbo. The stop is on Cassia. From Cassia arrived at Suri, follow the signs to Colle Diana-Ronciglione, the ski area is located 2 Km

E' una casa non fumatori, e non sono ammessi animali. L' ordine e la pulizia sono una regola, stiamo in campagna, richiedo solo di stare in casa in pantofole, calzini o scalzi. Inoltre non è concesso lavare indumenti in bagno e lasciarli appesi.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
