I live with my Japanese wife and a quiet cat in a terraced house with a small garden and vegetable garden, a 15-minute train ride from Milan. Quiet but extremely convenient area to reach Milan, Milan fair, Como and lakes.
My wife and I are self-employed (actor animator and singer) so we assure a constant presence in the house and on request we are available to serve as escorts or pick-up for airport or station fs with small additional costs to be agreed. Even meals are to be agreed upon at the time with a sharing of costs.
My wife is a great cook and prepares bread, pizza, first salt and many preserves, jams, etc ... With the products of our vegetable garden or products of good quality and / or organic.
We are happy to welcome you with generosity and kindness and we like the guests the same care and kindness. At the time of your email request, please provide us with a few lines of your presentation and the reason for your trip.
At home you can have double bedroom with TV and bathroom for your exclusive use. You can use the spacious living room to relax. Possibility of free Wi-Fi internet.
Additional Info
We speak Italian, Japanese, English. And 'possible to park your car for free in front of the house. Possible pickup airports on request and at additional cost.

About the Area
The house is in a quiet place surrounded by green condominium. There is a communal garden and parking. The area is quiet and close to bars and food products. The station is a 3 minute walk away and you can reach the center of Milan in 15 minutes. By car the connection with A4, A8 and A9 highway is very comfortable. It is also 10 minutes from Milan Rho Fair and Milano City Fair.

House Rules
There are no rules particularly restrictive but ask our guests to treat the house as if it were their own home and want courtesy, kindness, communication and cleaning. Generally it is best to reduce the noise after 10 p.m. and evoid long phone calls.
With an additional cost (generally 18 €) it is also possible to arrange lunch or dinner with us by agreeing on the menu. You can not smoke in the house. You can not use self cuisine.
Smoking is not allowed.

Massimo and Ryoko-san were very nice and they took care of me a lots!
All of the foods they cooked were very delicious and I could know how Italian cook.
I went to a day trip with them and it was also amazing because I could feel other cities atmosphere and went to nice restaurant for lunch!
I really enjoyed stay in their home and I appreciate all of their kind help!April 2019

The hosts are more then friendly, they try to help you as much as possible. They even give us a ride to Milan ! We will certainly go again !

It was absolutely wonderful to stay with Massimo and Ryoko! they both were very helpful and kind during my stay at their house, it was " Home Sweet Home" to me.
Ryoko is very passionate about cooking, she has been doing so well, the meal she prepared was delicious and enjoyable, I will definitely come to stay with them again.
The location of their home is very easy to access the central city, train station just near the house, and bus stops just few minutes walking distance.Host reply

Week-end excellentissime un grand merci à Massimo et Ryoko , des gens à connaître drôles,sensibles ,discrets ,chaleureux ,le meilleur souvenir de Milan ,merci pour le partage "happy hour" et petit déjeuner .Confort 4 étoiles .L'emplacement est sympa car Milan est à 1O minutes en train .(Oublier la voiture pour Milan).

Staying with Massimo and Ryoko was an absolute joy. They're an amazing and vibrant couple and I had some interesting conversations with them regarding Italy, which places to visit on my next visit and their different types of culture. I shared a couple of divine meals with them. Ryoko is an excellent cook and I absolutely loved the healthy meals. Massimo provided me beforehand with helpful information via Email regarding reaching their home via the train. They took me on an evening tour of Milan on my 1st day which I really enjoyed. Both of them were so helpful with arranging my times and using of the Metro to make sure that I reach my tour departure points in time. I really appreciate their early waking up to prepare and share breakfast with me. Their apartment is very modern, neat and spacious and the room is lovely with a bathroom only for the homestay guest , which was nice. Massimo took me to the airport very early in the morning on the day of departure, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this homestay and wish them many blessings with their homestay. Whenever in Milan again, I'll definitely make use of this Homestay.

Our hosts were very thoughtful and kind. They went out of their way to help us by giving us directions, and even going to the metro with us to make sure we knew how to use it and get to the right place. We enjoyed a delicious supper with them that they made, allowing us to sample authentic foods from their regions/cultures. The home was very clean and welcoming.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
