About the Homestay
Spacious room with two windows and double bed in central Florence, home with private panoramic terrace (you are welcome to enjoy it!), WiFi and washing machine available! Breakfast served but no use of kitchen for stays up to one week OR use of kitchen and get your own breakfast for stays of one week or more. I like to travel and welcome guests, so we'll be 3-6 people in the home between me, my partner, my assistant and guests. Shared bathroom (cleaned daily). Linens and towels provided.

About the Area
We are located in the very heart of Florence, walking distance to all the monuments, attractions, and both train stations. This is a pedestrian area so please do NOT arrive by car as you'll be fined on entering the town; advise me in advance if you arrive by car so I'll send you detailed parking directions (5 minute walk from home, paid garage).

No shoes in the house: we like to keep the floor clean so please bring slippers (antique terracotta floors can be cold in winter).
No smoking indoors: please smoke outdoors on the terrace only.
No intoxicated people on site: a glass of wine is OK, a whole bottle is not :)

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
