We are a friendly and hospitable family that owns a house with two apartments in the town of Gavirate between Lake Maggiore and Lake Varese. In the apartment on the top floor we live my husband and we decided to dedicate ourselves to this new activity and to rent the apartment downstairs. The house has a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. It 'also a sofa bed with two places. In addition, there is a large living room with sofa, coffee table, dining table and TV; a kitchen with table, kitchen and all necessary appliances: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave. Finally, there is a bathroom with bathtub.
Outside is a garden with table where you can sit outside and eat. It will be a pleasure to help you discover the beautiful area in which it is our home and accompany you if it is possible in tourist areas. We are available for any information they may require, and we speak English and French. Organizing in advance will also be available our daughter who knows Spanish and German in addition to English.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the province of Varese. It is about 20 minutes from the airport and 1 km from the city center. A few steps away there is the lake of Gavirate where there is a beautiful bike path, boating courses, playground, restaurants and pizzerias. In addition, 100m there is the train station from which the train passes leading to the city of Varese (about 10km) and Laveno (about 5km), which are points of tourist attraction. Just a 10 minute drive you can visit several countries bordering on Lake Maggiore.

Meals

House Rules
Generally they have to respect all the rules of good conduct as not to disturb the quiet of the house and neighborhood with screaming and shouting. Also, you can not smoke inside the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
