With my husband and I built this house on a hill with a beautiful view of the sea, with a large garden with flowers and fruit. Can I put a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children an annexe with bedroom, bathroom and living room and a sofa bed and TV, cucinino.Ben furnished and equipped kitchen has separate entrance, heating and parking. Very comfortable, surrounded by a beautiful garden and fruit trees. We also have barbecue, tables and chairs for dining out. The country, the beautiful beaches and the sea are 6 km away. A short distance archaeological sites, parks, mountains and forests. From the house you can make beautiful walks in nature with a gorgeous view of the sea and the Aeolian Islands, a paradise!

Guests have ample parking, large and beautiful garden with flowers and fruit, with outdoor kitchen and barbecue for grilling, party, happy hour .... About the Area
Our house is on a hill 6 km from the town and the sea in a fantastic location overlooking the Aeolian Islands. The town of Gioiosa Marea is very nice and clean with ancient palaces and Baroque churches, a Antiquarium and a Prehistoric Cave and a walk under the palm trees, full of bars and restaurants where you can taste local foods, artisanal ice cream and slush. For half an hour drive you can reach the ancient greek-roman city of Tindarys and the ancient Roman Baths in San Gregorio or Messina with the Cathedral and the famous bell tower of the movable clock. 15 'Villa Romana di Patti with mosaics and baths and the Natural Oasis lakes Marinello. In an hour you get to Cefalu and Taormina or Nebrodi Park. In just over Etna.In front we have the Aeolian Islands, 7 enchanting islands: Lipari, Vulcano, Stromboli, Panarea, Alicudi and Filicudi easily reached by hydrofoil, a marvel, We are in a paradise, with scents of orange blossom and jasmine, bright colors and joie de vivre! House Rules
It 'a very quiet place, so no TV or loud music and shouting. Discretion not to invite other people, but just ask first, for reasons of security and privacy. To adjust the heating ask me. How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
