In the heart of Tuscany, on the hills surrounding Pisa, between the olive trees, the grapevines and the fruit trees I occupy the ground floor of an antique isolated mountain house.
There are 2 large bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, a small one with a shower and a large one with shower and bathtub, the bathrooms have to be shared with possible other guests.
The well-lit rooms have a view of the beautiful valley and are furnished in a 1900 style. On the ground floor there are two rooms for 2 guests each, with a small salon and a small bathroom with a shower. Also on the ground floor is a roomy salon with fireplace to read a good book, listen to nice music or to eat a healthy breakfast. On the large terrace and in the surrounding garden you can relax and enjoy nature or take a quiet walk on the seven hectares of the property between the fruit trees, olive trees, chestnuts and more.
I love the good traditional Italian cuisine and enjoy being in the kitchen with local products and a wood fed oven, trying out new recipes and making different types of fresh pizza and bread.
With an extrovert character, I always enjoy making new aquaintances.

About the Area
The structure and 'situated in an excellent position to visit the most' beautiful places' of Tuscany, within 40 km you will reach Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, Volterra.
The sea is about 30 minutes by car, and only 60 Km. Is the beautiful Florence.

We had a wonderful stay in his lovely Typical Italian country-rustic home. The room was very spacious and clean. And Antonio was a very nice host - very friendly and helpful! He even baked a cake for our six year old. There is no wifi but we did not miss it as there is much to enjoy at his little estate. We will surely recommend his home to everyone and we hope to visit again sometime. Thank you, Antonio!
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
