Normally single, lover of good food, good drink and good reads. In summer the house is welcomed by his daughter Marianna, twelve-year old Italian who lives in Warsaw, Poland. The house is on 2 floors with large garden and panoramic views of 50 km of the Adriatic coast and the Republic of San Marino. The beaches are 15 km away. The rooms located on the 1st floor with terrace are large and very bright as well as the ground floor with large living room and kitchen. The garden is equipped with children's playground and sun loungers. She gets breakfast and lunch under a large pergola with its guests refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and barbecue. The 2 bedrooms each have 1 double bed and cots can be added if necessary. The large bathroom is shared between the two rooms.

About the Area
The house is on a hill, 1 km from the historic center of Longiano, small and charming medieval village with castle Malatesta, just 5 km from Cesena and 20 km from Rimini. The house is completely surrounded by countryside and cultivated with vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees. In 10 minutes you get to walk into the center where there are shops and services and daily flights to Cesena, which is the nearest town with a railway station ..

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
