I live alone in this apartment that is located in a quiet building with a beautiful garden but it is also 10 meters from the subway which in 7 minutes allows you to arrive in Piazza del Duomo.
The house consists of a double bedroom, a study with a sofa bed, a living room with a kitchen, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large living terrace.
A few steps away is the park and the Martesana canal crosses it. Nice pedestrian and cycle area
Our city offers many attractions, exhibitions and events; also in an hour you can reach the lakes and many cities of art.

About the Area
The house is situated a few meters from the Metro which takes 7 minutes to the Piazza del Duomo. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a study with a sofa bed, a living room and kitchen entrance with views, a bathroom and a large living terrace that overlooks a beautiful garden. The neighborhood is lively and provided all kinds of services, supermarkets cafes, pharmacy, many restaurants, etc. Across the street there is the ship martesana, a walk along the canal and all pedestrian walking or cycling

Sandras Wohnung ist top, sehr gepflegt, mit wunderbarem Balkon. Der Empfang von Sanbdra war sehr herzlich und sie gab uns sehr gute Informationen und Tips. Wir drei würden sofort wieder bei ihr buchen, wenn wir die Gelegenheit dazu hätten.

Ho fatto un soggiorno meraviglioso da Sandra molto simpatica e Lei era sempre disponibile per tutte le informazioni che mi servono per scoprire la città, il suo appartamento si trova veramente a qualche minuto del Duomo con la metro.
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
