The apartment is located in an enviable location, close to two different Metro stops: Red Line - Line Lima and Verda - Piola.
If you have an expensive car, there is a parking oppotunità only 50 mtr from my house, even entirely covered and guarded at night at a very good price.
Walking for about 600 mtr, straight from my building, you come to one of the buttons streets, popular industry of Milan; Corso Buenos Aires.
From here walking through a multitude of shops of all types and brands of all arrivals to Porta Venezia, one of the ancient gates of Milan, access to
Historic Center of Milan and the famous Fashion District, where all the biggest and most famous designers have their shop Piazza San Babila, Via Montenapoleone, the Duomo.
If in the meantime, you are tired, you can take the Metro Red Line - Duomo and return home quickly or take the # 60 bus that stops at San Babila and conveniently go back home with a scenic route between ancient buildings and beautiful tree-lined streets.

The entire house is livable and shareable with guests.
It is forbidden to bring: dogs even if small, children under 14 years of age, people subletting, having parties, dinners if authorized by the owner himself, smoking.
The use of the Jacuzzi is only permitted until 5pm, no later.

How do I book?

When do I pay?

You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
