Double room in nice flat at the 7th floor with terrace. Very luminous and large (102mq). Near the Navigli area and close to the Duomo,15 minutes by tram (lines 3 and 15). Metro line at two bus stop.

It's the house where I live, the bathroom is in sharing with me and has two different entrance, one direct from the room.
There are two cats in the house, very paceful and "independent". They're very clean and there are no hairs or smells in the house. In the house there are my personal effect while is the house where I live.

Fernando was a lovely host and his place is very spacious and homely - the location is great, only 20 minutes into the heart of the city, and his two cats are adorable! Would definitely recommend

Un merveilleux séjour !
Le logement est plein de cachet et très bien tenu sans trop non plus. On s'est senties comme à la maison. L'accueil chaleureux et décontracté de Fernando y a aussi grandement contribué !
C'est un très bel immeuble au charme désué : cours intérieure avec petite fontaine, viel ascenseur adorable, fenêtres art déco... Et j'en passe... Magnifique !
La vue surplombant Milan est à couper le souffle... Et la terrasse sans vis à vis très agréable...

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
