Peace, serenity, greenery, clean air and respect for the environment.
These are the characteristics of a stay in this reality where proximity to the sights and quiet of a rustic, eco-friendly ambient blend it together for a nice sicilian experience!
The apartment is on the first floor of a villa inhabited by my family downstairs. It consists of a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and two large and spacious bedrooms with three beds per room. The kitchen leads to a terrace where you can eat outside, even with a small barbeque, for moments of pure relaxation and enjoy the beautiful views That the apartment has. The rooms available for guests have a large window overlooking the mountains That border the house Which help create channels of pleasant fresh air During the summer.
I'm usually you use to study and work in the apartment in my own room, I know it will be a pleasure to share a relaxing moment or to dinner with you :-)
The villa has its own secured parking space. Near the house there is a great bakery for Their famous Monreale bread or pizza and cookies. In addition pcs We provide wireless internet to connect your portable devices.
The apartment is equipped with an air conditioner in the living room and has its own entrance. So once you get there, i'll give you the keys and you are free to leave and come back as you please.
Included in the price, it'll be privided basic elements for a light breakfast, such as: milk, biscuits, coffee, butter and jam That you can prepare on your own. Also I will be happy to show you a great bakery where you can buy the most good thinghs That Monreale can offer to enrich your breakfast.
On arrival i'll offer you the delicious Monreale's cookies :-).
The best way to reach the villa is by a private car Because the public transport are not very frequent. However just below the house there is a bus-stop and this bus runs every hour from 7 am to 8 pm, Allowing you to easily reach Monreale. It is Advisable, However, to rent a car to fully enjoy the stay given its proximity to the major attractions of western Sicily.
The daily price is € 30 per night for the room.
In addition pcs, our little pets are welcome!

Near the house you can enjoy one of the major water attractions "Water Park" Which can be Reached on foot, by car. :-)
The aspect of the environment is the one i enjoy the most. All guests will find a house called "green". In Additions to recycling to Which I will ask you to give your contribute, the villa has a photovoltaic system That Generates electricity Which feeds the national networks contributing to a production from renewable sources like the sun. Also, thanks to the sun, through the use of solar panels, we heat the water in the house in this way we reduce the use of fossil fuels. In any case the production of hot water takes place using a condensing boiler connected directly to the solar panels in this way it will be activated only in case of real need.
I'll be very happy to meet you, advise you and give you information on all the attractions of the place. Why not make friendship :-). I am a sunny person as it usual for Sicilian people and I will be happy to invite you to drink a beer in one of the typical pubs in Palermo.

About the Area
The area where you will enjoy your stay and where the apartment is located is very impressive for the point of view of landscape to the great mountains That line the road and for the historical story. In fact, once around the 30s', the street of the apartment it was meant as a railroad where it Should pass the train That would connect the towns of Monreale and Altofonte.
The villa is just below Monreale (5 minutes by car and you will arrive at the cathedral of Monreale and 15 minutes for Palermo).

House Rules
1) Observe the quiet times in the night;
2) Leave the house at the condition That it will be delivered;
3) Be sure to close the gate of the private parking (you can close it by hand);
4) Please do not smoke inside the apartment (you can smoke on the terrace at your disposal).

We were very satisfied with the stay. Very friendly and helpful host, nice rooms, possibility to wash clothes and cook. In the morning you will wake up with birds song, beautiful view from the terrace to the mountains, quiet.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
