My husband and I retired, we live, when we're not around, permanently in this house in the center of the historic Marches of Montalto.
The single house is on two floors in a "rua" feature of the country.
On the first floor a double bedroom, small bathroom with shower, on the second floor 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom,
The house did not use the kitchen but has a space equipped with all comforts for those who need a small meal. We are both retired and our children, big, working all three overseas ....

Front of the house there is 'an outdoor space that can' be used for loading and unloading of luggage did not like the parking lot that is located within walking distance from casa.Su request the owner kitchen for guests with simple, traditional local an extra digit. About the Area
The house 'at the center of a beautiful village in the Marche region in a very quiet and very safe place rich in history, museums since' and 'state homeland of Pope Sixtus VI essential small shops are located just five minutes from home (food, pharmacy, banca.giornali, butcher fresh pasta, etc.). Equally close and 'the square where you can catch some bus to the city' as near Ascoli San Benedetto, Fermo.L'areoporto more 'is located close to Ancona or Pescara where normally the Guests booking a car noleggio.Si recommend small cars because 'the country roads typically medieval. In the country there are no big stores, but we have about a half hour's drive.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
