Apartment on the first floor composed of a dining room with kitchenette, one bedroom with king bed, private bathroom with shower and terrace, just 60 metres from the sandy beach of Granelli. Sea water is pristine and swallow, ideal for children; sunset is breathtaking. Located at 40 minutes by car from Ragusa, 15 minutes from Noto and 45 minutes from Siracusa. Ideal for couples and families with children. The apartment was completely refurbished in March 2017. The house is located in a quiet and private road. It is also a perfect place for bike lovers thanks to many panoramic roads and paths between sea and hills where to ride freely and safely. We live on the the 2nd floor so we can easily support you. We organize guided tours to visit the baroque area of Sicily or in natural places still unknown by tourists. We can give info and support for kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing or simply give you an advice on the best restaurants of the area. Every day small vans pass just outside the main door with local vegetables, food, fresh fish, fresh cheese. Every morning at 7 and at 9/9.30 the baker pass by with croissant, bread,... once a day ice cream van. You just don't need to go shopping to eat. Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capopassero and the historical centre of Pachino are just a stone's throw away.

About the Area
Our house is located on the sandy beach of Granelli. Sea water is pristine and swallow, ideal for children; sunset is breathtaking. To hike and swim: Vendicari reserve, Cavagrande del Cassibile reserve, Cava d´Ispica und Pantalica. Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capopassero and the historical centre of Pachino are just a stone's throw away, 15 minutes by car from Noto and 20 from Modica, 35 minutes from Siracusa, 40 minutes from Ragusa. Ideal for couples and families with children.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
