I am a happy mother and wife, in my house you can breathe serenity. I am very sociable, I speak Italian but I know a few words in English and French, I like meeting people with other cultures, knowing their way of life, their interests ... I really like cooking but my husband is even better of me! Until now I have dealt with transcriptions but it is very alienating done at a fast pace. From now on I want to "travel with my imagination" in the countries of origin of my guests and offer them a warm welcome typical of the people of the South!
The bedrooms are very spacious and bright, the first, the "Modern Room" has recently been equipped with an en-suite bathroom; there is a double bed, wardrobe with sliding doors, desk, chest of drawers, a cot or a small bed for a child could be added on request. The second bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables, large wardrobe, small balcony. Both bedrooms are offered with exclusive use of the bathroom, one with shower, in the bedroom, the other with bathtub, adjacent to the bedroom. It is possible to use the kitchen located on the veranda and the large living-dining room. The apartment is part of a small building, it is located on the second floor, without a lift. Nearby there are supermarkets, a shopping center, pizzerias, restaurants, bakeries, delicatessens, etc. at 50 meters there is the bus stop that takes you to the city center. We are a 10-minute walk from the renowned seaside village of Mondello, with its very fine sandy beaches and a 5-minute walk from the "Il Chirone" Equestrian Center. Palermo is a city rich in works of art, monumental churches, ancient buildings of
singular beauty, the Cathedral, the Capuchin catacombs renowned throughout the world... and what about the typical Sicilian cuisine and street food among the most popular? Our welcome will be warm but discreet, we will try to meet all your needs.

Gostaria de agradecer a recepção de Silvia e de Baldo, os dois são super gentis e foram super atenciosos comigo. Apesar de o tempo (clima) não ter ajudado muito, Silvia correu atrás de passeios pra que eu fizesse e também se dispôs a me acompanhar à alguns lugares e me dava sempre conselhos.
Quanto ao alojamento, os cômodos são bem confortáveis e me senti à vontade no apartamento. Aliás, o único ponto desfavorável foi o clima ;) esperava um pouco mais de sol pra aproveitar a praia de Mondello, que é super bela!

Silvia is a wonderful host and her husband Baldo is a wonderful person. Together they will go out of their way to please you. Their home is your home, I felt very comfortable from the moment I met Silvia. I was able to cook my own meals just like home. There are many little stores in the area where you can buy fresh bread and food. I was very happy there.!!! Thank you to both of them, they mad my stay a beautiful memory.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
