The holiday farmhouse "All'Ombra del Tiglio" is in Pistoia, in one of the most charming areas of Tuscany and a few kilometres from Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and Vinci. The holiday farmhouse, obtained from an ancient furnace of the 1700s, recalls the Tuscan life style of living well in harmony with the environment. Our guests can enjoy the pleasures of their holiday, immersed in the peace and perfumes of the vineyards and olive groves.

About the Area
The holiday farmhouse "All'Ombra del tiglio" has a fantastic view, immersed in silence and nature. The surrounding land offers a gorgeous landscape all year round; with a unique light, that enshrouds every
single detail. The property overlooks the waterfall of the Vincio River, a picturesque and charming view. Wonderful itineraries are waiting for those who love walking, as the natural one along the Ombrone torrent or the long itinerary that leads to the ancient "San Francesco Convent" in Giaccherino, which dates back to the early years of the XIII century, and the Romanesque Pieve (parish church) of San Michele.
Being in the centre of Tuscany is a great advantage: you can chose to go to the cities of art such as Florence, Lucca, Siena, and Pisa or to enjoy the peace of the hills and mountains of Pistoia, discovering natural itineraries along rivers and completely immersed in the green. Famous localities, like Abetone, are the most frequent destination for mountain lovers; while those who love the sea can easily use the motorway towards Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and all the other marvelous places that characterise the coast of Versilia.

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
