I am Licia, a young artist but above all a great lover of nature, I live with my mother Jolana, we live on the ground floor, guests are accommodated on the first floor.
We are two very active people, with a lot of energy and desire to improve our town and territory in a new way !!! At home I customized everything through art, inspired by Nature. But not only at home, we are embellishing the whole municipality through art!
We live in a wonderful place, in the middle of the Casentino forests. Near my house I also have my great art workshop that I will try to make a meeting place of the various arts: painting, graphics, photography, music, theater, and even an indoor cinema hall ... a place to grow and do New experiences!
We are specializing on experiences between Art, Nature and Adventure! We love being in contact with nature and in fact we always organize activities such as hiking, walking, mountain biking or adventurous sports such as canyoning or canoeing. We are enhancing our territory through art (such as the long mural in the municipal parking lot) and with many innovative ideas!
A fun and creative holiday awaits you!
My art is used to give an environmental and ecological message, so I also use recycled materials for my works.
We are people attentive to the environment and also to people, so we always do new initiatives!

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet place but that is transforming itself through Art! We have a bar, post office, a park, a soccer field and a tennis court close to the house and a large mural that has become a tourist attraction (done by me)! A place that is becoming colorful!
We are the perfect place for sustainable and green tourism! We are in the middle of the Casentino forests, not far from the village there are many paths to discover with trekking, mountain biking or simple walks even on the bike path! We have only 20 kilometers of one of the highest mountains here, the Pratomagno to 1592 meters s.l.m.! And just 5 kilometers from our house we have one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Raggiolo! I can take you to discover it myself if you want! But at about ten kilometers we also have the other most beautiful village in Italy: Poppi! But in Casentino there are many beautiful things to see, if you want I can organize some beautiful tours :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
