About the Homestay
is Marina and I live with my husband Sergio in a house halfway between the cities of Rome and Rieti. our country is very small but ancient and cute and there are many more to visit nearby monasteries and abbeys as well. We offer a double room with the possibility of an extra bed, bathroom and small kitchen, wi fi, a nice garden to relax and have breakfast in the summer months, my husband loves to cook and the kitchen garden, and we like to walk and listen to music, in autumn we collect our olives and produce oil. our two sons James and Irene are abroad and we like the idea of being able to meet new people, we reserved and quiet available to provide information on places to visit.

About the Area
our house is quiet and in a good position but it is imperative own car, you can park inside the courtyard gate, 6 km away is the bus line rieti roma, 20 km to the train rome. The city of Rome is about 60 km a 'time travel, with the same time you can reach the eagle terni, Lake piediluco, the waterfall marmore, terminillo mountain, the valley with holy shrines of greccio, source colombo, forest, hill bustone, rieti is 30 km 30 minute journey. A 10 km from the house is the splendid abbey of farfa.

you can not smoke outside the house, no pets,, use the kitchen but leave clean, behaved as if it were your home, after mezzzanotte no loud noises.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
