Our B&B is located a few step away from Vatican and from Saint Peter Church, so it is extremely easy to visit Vatican Museum, Sistina Chapel, Castel S. Angelo (St. Angel Castle), Piazza Navona (Navona Square), Fontana di Trevi (Trevi Fountain), via del Corso, Fori Imperiali, Colosseo, Trastevere, Campo dei Fiori, moving without the need of bus or other public transport services.
City tax is 3.5 euro person/night.
Vicino alla Città del Vaticano e a pochi passi dalla splendida piazza San Pietro, l’appartamento è ubicato in una palazzina che vi offrirà la possibilità di godere dell’ottima posizione centrale per raggiungere a piedi i maggiori centri d'interesse turistico, nonché le principali vie per lo shopping.
La zona è molto ben servita dai mezzi pubblici (autobus, FM3 e metropolitana).
Tassa di soggiorno euro 3.5 a persona per notte.

Welcome to Rome and to our home, conveniently located within walking distance of St. Peter’s and the Vatican.
We are looking forward to having you here and will be delighted to supply you with information and advice, in order to make your stay in Rome even more enjoyable.
Many of Rome’s most famous monuments and places of interest are within easy access or even within walking distance of our B&B: the Vatican Museums, Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum, the Forum, Trastevere and Campo dei Fiori.
Most destinations within and beyond Rome’s urban boundaries can be easily accessed, as bus stops and bus terminals for the main routes, as well as coach parks, are within few hundred metres of our apartment.

La casa si colloca in un punto ideale comodo per raggiungere i più importanti centri di interessi di Roma, Castel S. Angelo, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Trastevere, il Colosseo, senza ricorrere ai mezzi pubblici.
Ad attendendervi troverete due camere da letto luminose e confortevoli, dotate di tv, riscaldamento, condizionamento e di bagno privato con asciugacapelli.

My guests are welcome and will be free to go out and come back whenever they want but in the apartment they cannot organize parties or bring unknown people to stay over for the night.

Un excellent accueil, une chambre très agréable dans un appartement extrêmement bien situé dans Rome... De plus, Sergio parle très bien français, et est de très bon conseil pour l'organisation du séjour dans sa ville..... Très bonne adresse......
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
