About the Homestay
I have a perfect family room for your stay in Rome. It's big, (sleeps 5 comfortably) with a balcony, and it has a private bathroom with a tub and a separate shower. There is an independant entrance into the appartment for the bedroom/bathroom, and the possibility of a second room. The appartment is situated in a lovely green area just 5 mins walk to the metro station (15mins ride into the center) and 100 mts from a park with an artificial lake, an outdoor swimming pool and plenty of watersports! There are also lots of museums, an events stadium, and an aquarium due to open soon. Should you wish to spend a day at the beach there is also a train station 10mins walk away!

About the Area
Our house is situated in the business district of Rome, its a safe area and very green. They call it the "city within the city". The park area is very family orientated, and there is an abundance of public transport (nearest bus stop 50 mts, nearest metro 500 mts, train station to the beach 1.5km) There is an outdoor swimming pool with the possibility of renting boats/canoes on the lake, and a shopping mall 3km from the house. There is an elegant modern feel to the area, with plenty of shops and restuarants, and at the same time just a 15min metro ride into the bustling city center.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
