About the Homestay
We live in a 3-storey villa with a large garden in front of the 7 Aqueducts archaeological park. We rent 2 small cozy rooms upstairs: one single and one double with a French size bed. The bathroom as well as the living room are at ground level.
Clean linen and towels are provided.
In your room you can prepare yourself a selection of tea. The kitchen is non-smoking.
The parking is free as well as the use of the garden at your disposal for relaxing and sun bath.
In the house there is Wifi, on payment 2 € / 24h.
There is also a service fee of € 10 to pay cash at the end of your stay.
We travel a lot and we like to meet people from different parts of the world.
We also like to offer a nice and comfortable hospitality!

About the Area
Our villa is located in the southern historic neighborhood of Rome. We are surrounded by ancient Roman remains as aqueducts, catacombs and old villas. The citycentre is only 8 minutes far from Capannelle station (500mt walking away from us) by train. The metro line A is only 6 stops by bus.

Extra € 3.50 / person has to be paid cash at your arrival for every night.
1. The stay has to be paied fully and cash at the arrival.
2. If you cancel the reservation there is no refund.

4. The cleaning fee (€ 10 / single room - € 15 / double room) has to be paid extra cash at your arrival.
5. Pets are not allowed.
6. It is not allowed to bring other persons into the room.
7. The check in / out has to be agreed before your arrival.
8. Any breakage must be repayed soon.
9. It is possible to give the keys of the villa, so the last return should be at midnight.
10. Do not disturb the neighbors with noise.
Smoking is not allowed.
Anna's place is very convenient, only one train station away from Rome Termini central station, you pay €1.2 for a combined ticket with train and Metro. Anna is very helpful with all the traveling tips in Rom, thanks to her inside tips the ancient Rom water channel is only the walking distance, otherwise I'd really missed it. You have to say her place is not best equipped, but traveling for me is more about unique experience and meeting interesting people, I live in Germany, if you look for a place with perfect German standard and order, then this place is not for you, otherwise it's a interesting place to be. I really enjoyed my staying. And thanks Anna, for everything you did for me.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
