Nice and big rooms with a wonderful view in a popular neighborhood. Close to the Colosseum and the Basilica San Giovanni. 1 minute from metro station (A line)
In the apartment there is a big bathroom, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a small balcony.
The bedrooms are large and bright with an amazing view.
Second floor with elevator, free wi-fi, sheets and towels available.
The accommodation is in the San Giovanni (Metro Re di Roma), in the center of Rome, one of the most famous and characteristic neighborhood of Rome, full of tipical restaurants.
In walking distance you can find the roman nightlife.
With only two subway stops or 10 minute walking you can reach Coloseum, Circus Maximus, the Mouth of Truth. Five minutes walking you can reach the famous Basilica of San Giovanni.
Other famous and interesting neighborhoods like Via Appia (shopping tour)

About the Area
Lovely apartment in a beautiful old building on the 2nd floor in the center of Rome, a few steps from St. John's Basilica and the Colosseum.
The house consists of two bedrooms (5 beds) a bathroom, a kitchen, a study, a kitchen and a small terrace.

This homestay was perfect! Close to the Metro and easy to get around. Andrea was very helpful with directions and recommendations. Place was clean and easy to use! Would recommend.

Grande appartamento, ideale con 3 bambini, trés trés molto situato al centro di Roma con tutte le comodità di trasporto.

This was my first time to Rome and was kinda nervous. From the first time i met Andrea , he was very pleasant and so helpful with things like telling my son and i how to use the metro. The accomodatiins were nice and clean and we would reccomend to freinds for future. Daniele was also very helpful in coordinating and contact when Andrea s phone wasnt working Again very pleasant.....

Andrea très agréable, accueillant et de bons conseils mais pour logement : très compliqué de se garer, rue bruyante et douche pas hyper clean.
Mais le logement est bien placé, nous avons circulé à vélo, 3min pour le colisée.
Pour info, taxe de séjour élevée à Rome (3,50€/pers/jour)
Andrea est disponible et accessible en permanence car connecté toute la journée, merci :-)September 2016

From the time we met Andrea --he was so helpful and friendly ----recommending restuarants and bars ---the house was clean and close to the subway and many eaterys ---very safe as you needed to get to three doors to be home .....overall he ended up being a friend ---as we invited him to Toronto Canada ......everything we communicated with him ...he kept his word ---and he gave excellent service Reg Ron
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
