Hello Carla and I have an apartment of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and I live together with my son Federico aged 29 and my dog, Demi. L 'apartment is very spacious and there are two balconies, one in the summer kitchen where you can eat, and one in my bedroom, the main feature of the house and which is located right on the Porta Furba Quadraro the A Line. We are off the fawn, on Tuscolana, a street full of shops for a fabulous shopping and 5 minutes from San Giovanni .Guests will enjoy a private bathroom. The light breakfast is included in the price (tea coffee milk, butter, jam biscuits biscuits). For stays longer than 2 days, there are 10 euro for cleaning the room and bathroom (for a day 8 EUR).

You can find us in Via out of the tawny, a street very close to Tuscolana Street, where you can find a lot of shopping stores and it is only 5 minutes far from Archbasilica of St. John Lateran. There are 10 euros for cleaning room and bathroom for two or more days (only a day: 8 euros)

El apartamento es muy grande y 2 balcones donde hay en el Verano usted puede hacer las comidas. our house is located in the south of the city in a district very well served, is just 15 minutes drive from Ciampino and 45 min of the airport of Fiumicino. the bus stop is 1 min from the house while the Metro is just below the house

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
