Giulia's Home B&B is located in Rome 1 km from Tiburtina Train Station, and offers free Wi-Fi. Colour-themed rooms here all have a balcony.

About the Area
The apartment, recently restructured, it is situated to the first floor of a building to 500 mt from the new station Tiburtina, destined to become one of the greatest and modern railway infrastructures in Europe.
Only 4 stops of subway from the Station Termini, the center historical of Rome and the Colosseum are distant around 10 minutes of subway.
Modern and bright it has three rooms turned to B&B, the White Room, the Pink Room and the Blue Room, spacious, hospitable and endowed with every comfort.
Two the services to common use and an ample kitchen whether to consume every morning an abundant breakfast, that can also have served in room to own discretion.

Qiuyan is a very friendly lady! But this is definitely not a Homestay. There's a little reception desk in the hall as you walk in and she doesn't live there so if you're looking for a traditional Homestay, this isn't for you. It's a bit grotty. Don't expect a pristine bathroom. The hot water wasn't working but the air conditioning in our room was which was a relief! The shared kitchen has no windows so it's not a room to linger and enjoy. A bit disappointing. We were expecting to stay in someone's home.

I stayed 4 nights in Qiuyan's home! And I loved it! Really near to train station, and metro. Clean home and comfortable! Good breakfast!

Beautiful, sweet and kind host. Lovely family.
Immaculate premises. Beautiful rooms. Incredible value for money. Ideal location, lots of shops and eateries on the doorstep. 5 minutes walk from Tiburtina Station. 8 minutes to Termini Station. Metro service is superb. Trains run on time and there is one every few minutes. Would highly recommend booking Qiuyan Giulia's Home B&BMarch 2016

When can I share my contact details?
