A lovely room with private bathroom is available for short-term rent in the Trastevere-Monteverde area.
The room is available as a single or double, and has a private bathroom equipped with bathtub and shower.
Our house is located at walking distance to the historical Villa Pamphili park and the Trastevere Railway station.
By public transportation (train, bus or tram), it's easy to reach most of the tourist attractions. Several of them are even at walking distance.
The room, the bathroom and everything are thoroughly cleaned and sterylized by our professional and specialised staff (two cleaners and a laundry company work with us to make sure the room is perfectly clean).

About the Area
The Monteverde-Gianicolense area is a really safe residential neighborhood, at walking distance to Trastevere. The main attraction of the neighborhood is the wonderful Villa Pamphili park, the second largest public park in town and a lovely place to take long walks surrounder by fountains, lakes, ancient statues and noisy birds eating fruite from the many trees.

House Rules
- My guests can access to their room, to their bathroom, and to the small balcony adjacent to the room, if they need to smoke. The living room, the kitchen and every other areas of the flat are not accessible to guests. No exceptions.
- Storing, keeping, eating food or any beverage (except water) in the room is not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly not allowed into the room: there is a small balcony next to the room where smoking is allowed.
- Quiet hours are between 11PM and 9AM. Please enter and exit quietly during those hours.
- No loud music, parties, or unannounced visitors are permitted in the apartment.
- No pets are permitted in the apartment.
- Please keep windows and door locked when leaving the apt.
- Respect the space and keep it clean. Guests will be liable for any damage they do to the property.
- No drugs or illegal substances or activities are permitted on the premises.
- There is a 55€ charge if the keys are lost or not returned.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
