On top of the hillside, beside a 400 church dedicated to St. Francis, dominated by a bell tower, is the ideal solution for those who love untouched nature and absolute silence. A bunch of vineyards and woods (marked itineraries) and, below, the river ... in a landscape that alternates castles, villas, parks and churches into the history of art.
The location is ideal for anyone who wants to write, study, paint, do yoga or just relax.
ACCOMMODATION
Original structures, antique furniture, paintings, books available to guests. But also a fitness area in the tuff bath, a computer and printer studio available, a colorful kitchen next to the herb garden. The rooms available are both overlooked by an incredible view. Additional single bedding in each room on request.
GUEST ACCESS
Outside guests can enjoy the garden, the garden with games for the little ones and a pleasant shady gazebo for reading and snacks.
OTHER
In order to preserve the features of the place, the cars after luggage should be parked in the reserved area. The bell tower is inactive except in 2 or 3 festivals where the church is opened. In the village there is also a library, a historical archive and an old oven where bread is still on the weekends. There are many festivals linked to nature rites, especially after the Easter and Autumn.

At 15 min Casale Monferrato with a synagogue and a duomo among the most beautiful in Italy, cinemas and theaters, supermarkets and markets not only peasant but also vintage and antique. It is possible to practice sport activities, from swimming to horse riding a few kilometers away. Organized farmhouses offer happy hour rich and cheap on terraces with incomparable views.
In Sala, as well as in neighboring countries, there are play areas equipped for the youngest. At an hour's drive, Acqui's baths are internationally renowned for health and wellness and fitness programs.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
