About the Area
House with 4 apartments each with its own private entrance. All apartments are newly renovated. Nice apartment with a terrace of 50 square meters, with a splendid view of the sea, a gazebo with a table that can accommodate up to 12 people to dine with confidence. The apartment has a balcony, reserved for discrete enjoy moments of relaxation. At 50 m there is a bar-tobacconist with attached mini market. The popular seaside resort of Porto Pino is 1.5 km. Porto Pino is a town located along the south-west coast of Sardinia. It is part of the municipality of Sant'Anna Arresi, in the Province of Carbonia-Iglesias. It is a tourist destination frequented by thousands of tourists every year, is one of the seaside resorts of reference of Sulcis. The promontory of the same name, is covered by a vast pine forest spontaneous Aleppo pine, present in Sardinia only in this area and the island of San Pietro.At Aleppo pine joins the Kermes oak, typical of coastal environments and also very rare in the island. The beach of Porto Pino is about 4 km long. It is traditionally divided into three portions: two separate beaches, separate from the ruins of a pier, and the area of the sand dunes. The so-called first beach located behind the municipal parking lots, is 550 meters long, and is formed from compacted sand and gray. A short distance away, always in the village of Porto Pino are Pinetto the harbor beach, the beach of the French, the guard of the Turkish and the beautiful pine forest of CANDIANI the famous cave of kisses. The center of Sant'Anna Arresi is about 4 km. Sant'Anna Arresi is a town of 2,709 inhabitants.Here is the chance to see, along with a typical dolmen, the two churches, the steps of the theater Sant'Anna Arresi Jazz festival. Every summer we held one of the most important musical events in the region and internationally. The jazz festival called the border between Sardinia and Jazz is frequented by the greatest artists of the world scene. In 2008, the 23rd edition was dedicated to Don Cherry. The event always takes place in the picturesque Piazza del Nuraghe. On July 26, however, we celebrate the feast of the patron with a procession with the participation of folk groups in the area with traditional costumes. The country offers the presence of several restaurants, pizzerias, shops, bars and tobacco, as well as a cinema. The country has a pharmacy, emergency 118 service, local police. The Police Station is the nearest of Giba.Within 20-30 km south west are the beaches of Sant 'Antioco, Calasetta, Isola San Pietro.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
