I rent a big double bedroom , bathroom with Jacuzzi, in a penthouse with a splendid panoramic terrace on the Florentine hills. Shared space with the host and her cat Zorba are a living-dining room with piano, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, parking always available.
I, the owner, Florentine, am a tour operator and I love art and nature. I be happy to give suggestions to our guests for the duration of their stay how to appreciate Florence and its sorroundings.
I speak fluent English and Spanish; I understand German and French , and talk them a little bit.
The apartment is located in a quiet green area of Sesto Fiorentino, tennis courts at 50 meters , possibility of nice walks in the surrounding area (Tuscan countryside, parks, trails Cai, Medici villas, walking directly out of home, no need to take the car). The center of Sesto Fiorentino (nice shops, bars,restaurants, ice cream ) can be reached by walking for 10 min. through the various parks and gardens surrounding the area.
ATAF bus service , with a bus stop at 500 meters from home, to reach downtown Florence in 20 min.
Florence Peretola Airport 10 min.'s drive . Exit highways A1 and A11 7 min.'s drive
For guests arriving by plane, we are available to receive them at the airport upon request.

It will be a pleasure to get to know each other and share with you what I know about my city and my region, in a mutual respect. If you want to smoke, you can do it in the big terrace or in one of the balconies.
Do not let strangers into our home; If you want to invite friends, just let me know and we will be more than happy to welcome them .

Veronica is a very kind lady even I had to cancel my booking this time. She always respond quickly to your question. I will stay with her next time for sure.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
