THE ROOMS
"Room Pina" of the B&B La Capresina is perfect for 3 guests staying in Sorrento. It has 3 single beds, a closet, a table with bench, wardrobe with drawers, minifridge, TV and a bathroom for private use. You can access the private bathroom (with shower and hairdryer) from the hallway.
From the bedroom you can access the terrace, overlooking the hills.
Breakfast and Wi-Fi are included.
It is an easy walk to the station and the port, the historic center and the main square of Sorrento, Piazza Tasso.
"Room Fabry" is perfect for 2 guests staying in Sorrento. It has 2 single beds that can be joined in a double bed, and a shared bathroom (only with the host) that will always be clean and sanitized.
From the bedroom you can access the terrace, overlooking the hills.

GUEST ACCESS
The B&B La Capresina is managed by Maria who lives in the apartment.
The apartment has three bedrooms (two for guests and one for the host), two bathrooms (one of which is for the exclusive use of the guests of "Room Pina"), a kitchen (not available to guests), and a spacious living room with sofas, fireplace and breakfast table.
The terrace is common to the three bedrooms, and each room has its own table and chairs.
The B&B La Capresina is on the fifth floor and is served by an elevator.

Maria will welcome you upon arrival and will be on hand to make your stay comfortable. We will always be available to the cell, even via Whats App.

CITY TAX
Please note that from the 1st of April to the 31st October in Sorrento a Tourism Tax applies to non-residents overnight staying, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights
The Tourism Tax rate is €3 per person per night, and it is not applied to children up to 18 years old.
Upon arrival, you will have to show an identity document and pay the City Tax in cash.

About the Area
Our house is centrally located, just 5 minutes walk from the center and the circumvesuviana, 10 minutes from the harbor. Below the house there is a bus stop, bar, supermarket, bank and laundry. The house is also close to the sea and it is easy to reach the tourist resorts such as the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Ischia and Pompeii and Herculaneum.
The B & B La Capresina is located in Via degli Aranci, 300 mt from Sorrento's train / bus station. It's easy to get to any tourist destination: Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples (by train), Amalfi, Sorrento and airports (by bus).
Ferries to the islands of Capri and Ischia leave from the port of Marina Piccola, about 1 km from the apartment.
The central location allows you to visit the city in comfort. From the B & B La Capresina you can reach the main square of Sorrento (Piazza Tasso), the historic center, shops, bars and restaurants at a short distance from the station and the port.

If I could give Maria 10 hearts I would! She is a lovely woman and it felt like staying with family. She knows everything to do and where to eat. Her breakfasts are perfect and the room was so welcoming! I came to practice my speaking and she helped speak to me in Italian followed by English. She even checked on me when I left the make sure I got to me next stop safe. I would stay with here again!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
