The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 living-room, 1 kitchen and 1 shared bathroom. I's located in the heart of the city. Just around the corner there is Bernini's subway station and a gym with swimming pool. We are a lively, young and multiethnic family (me, my 18 years old daughter and my 14 ys old son) and we love sharing our home, experiences and time. I work from home, that's why I have time for my guests: I can take them for a visit around the city, give out Italian lessons and cooking lessons. I love cooking and making delicious meals for my guests.
As our guest, you can feel free to be a part of our family if you like.
The room has a single bed with another pull-out bed for another person, a desk, a wardrobe, a bookshelf.
Free Wi-Fi connection, Netflix and laundry service are included in the fee.

About the Area
We are located in a nice area. The main train station and the bus from/to the airport are only 5 minutes by metro or bus, there's a gym just a round the corner, subway station, fast foods and restaurants, bike sharing station, ecc. Downtown is at walking distance or 2 stops of metro away.

Mutual respect is the basic rule of our home. It's not allowed to smoke indoors but you can go outside in the balcony.

This stay had everything one could wish for! Clean rooms, great family and a lot of love :)
With Simona I did not only find a great host, I found a second home that I would love to come back to.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
