We live in the house, Vincenzo, and my wife Ajtena. We are 30 years old and we are 2 nurses. Our house is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, one of which is available for rent. We have an open plan living room with an open kitchen. Finally there is a shared bathroom.
Attention apartment without lift! We will be very happy to welcome you. Our experiences as guests have been fantastic. The location of the house is very convenient, the city center is 15 minutes away on foot, the university 10 minutes on foot, Malpensa airport 20 minutes by car and in the surrounding area you can visit the beautiful lakes and the sacromonte!
Since we will share our home, we must respect the rules for the well-being of all.
House Rules:
- No smoking in the house;
- Do not eat in the bedroom;
- You can use the kitchen but then you need to clean it and order it.
- Do not walk home with shoes, we will provide slippers;
- It is necessary to arrange the time for showering, every morning we use the bathroom before going to work.
We offer:
- A light breakfast every morning;
- We provide a free bicycle;
- We offer free Italian cooking lessons (dates to be agreed). We request 10 euros per person for the purchase of food. After the lesson it will be possible to have dinner together.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
