The B&B has three generously sized bedrooms carefully decorated to give you a comfortable stay. The bathrooms, on the landing, have shower or bath, wc, hairdryer, soap, shampoo and towels. A comfortable sitting room characterized by wooden-beamed ceiling, is for you to relax, Wi-fi connection is available throughout the house.
The italian breakfast is very copious and includes tea, coffee, milk, fruit juices, jams, honey, toasted bread, cereals, fresh fruits and yogurth. Gluten free breakfast is available on request.

About the Area
It is located in the heart of Venice in Cannaregio district near the major waterbus stops of Rialto, Cà d’oro and Fondamente Nuove (Alilaguna airport transfer stop). The famous landmarks such as Rialto Bridge, St. Mark Square and Accademia Galleries are all within a walking distance, as well as restaurant and shopping areas.

House Rules
My accommodation gives you the possibility to visit Venice feeling you a Venetian, but you live in a private house and you have to follow some simple rules:
- Not be too noisy
- Do not smoke in the bedroom and in the rest of the house, don’t light any fire (candles included)
- No pets are allowed
- Notify your arrival time for check-in arrangement . Any check-in after 8:00PM must pay extra charge of Euro 30,00
- We leave you the keys of the house and so please be careful not to lose it, in case of - loss we have to charge the cost of their replacement
- As in any home, please check the closing of the door when you leave and windows in case of rain
- We clean up the room from 11,30 a.m. to 13,00 a.m.
- The departure day the room shall be free within 10:30 a.m. and you have to give us the keys personally
-Breakfast is self-service and the coffee corner is available all day.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.

Monica was very helpful and considerate if our needs. We were very disappointed with the Gondolas ride that was recommended. We had a good stay but would have preferred an en-suite bathroom

Monica is an excellent host with a fund of knowledge about getting around Venice and the best sight seeing deals. The accomodation is very central and was very clean and the breafast was great. The only reason I did not give five hearts was the ensuite which was adjacent to the room but not in the room.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
