We offer our guests the possibility of staying in spacious and bright double rooms or in a studio apartment in B&B formula in Vigevano. To meet every need, at the time of booking the customer can arrange check-in and check-out times, ask for special products for vegans or coeliacs for breakfast, discover the area on board our bicycles (for a fee) , book a private transfer.
During check-in, we will ask guests for any specific needs regarding their stay:
from the request for vegan products and for celiacs at breakfast
to the possibility of parking your motorbike or car in covered boxes equipped with an alarm system
until the booking of transfers to and from the station of Vigevano or airports of Milan MPX or Linate.

House Rules
Upon arrival, the guest is required to submit an acknowledgment of receipt for the presence of the police officers.
Accepted documents are: Identity Card, Passport or Driving License.
Otherwise, the structure must refuse hospitality (Article 109 of the P.S. law as amended by Article 7, point 2 of L.203 / 95).
During check-in, we will be kindly asked to ask any specific requirements regarding your stay:
From the demand for vegan and celiac products for breakfast
The possibility to park your motorbike or car in covered enclosures with an alarm system
Until transfer booking to and from Vigevano station or Milan MPX or Linate airports.
Please note that on our site we have dedicated a section for the events in Vigevano.
At the time of the balance of the stay, the property will have to issue a tax receipt or a related bill established by law.
Any damages incurred must be reimbursed. The customer undertakes to respect the premises and the things contained therein, any damage caused voluntarily to the structures but attributable to imperfection or distraction will be charged at the cost of the restoration. Reporting the damage quantified with a flat rate of 300 euros at check out, until completion at the cost of restoration.
Smoking is not allowed in our rooms. Our guests have access to the outside area. If the service staff signals the presence of smoke, this will affect the overnight stay for an amount of 100 lump sums.
Minimum age to rent a room: 18 years old
The account must be requested and paid on the day of departure or even on the previous day.
The reception desk / reception takes place at the following times: 07.30 / 20.00. Credit Cards and Bancomat Banks and Bank Bonuses are accepted.
At check-in, you must report any food intolerance.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
