A relaxing and well-located guest house, just a 5 minute walk from the white sands and blue water and close to one of Okinawa's most famous surf breaks; Miyuki Beach, in the middle of Kibogaoka.

Our large multi-storey wooden guest house has a spacious and comfortable communal area, shared kitchen (with guest fridge), your own room downstairs with a separate entrance, and a shared bathroom. Outside, there is a lush green garden, BBQ area, large balcony and gazebo, and free car parking. The house is set up for surfers, swimmers and paddlers, with an outdoor shower for you to wash off following a session in the watery

Italian and Japanese married couple; we live up on-site and are always available to assist and answer any questions you may have.
Francesco runs a surfing and stand-up paddling school and guiding service. Price for any water sport is 8000 yen for 2-3 hours, surfing stand up paddle and snorkling tour we can cater for any level from beginners to experienced. You can rent equipment or bring your own.
Francesco is also a trained chef and loves to share his passion for cooking and food. We encourage our guests to dine with us at home as there is so much to choose from: start with a visit to the market, learn about the typical and famous produce, buy fresh ingredients and cook them in the comfort of the house Japanese or Western style.

About the Area
Kibogaoka, near by Afuso village, is a hidden gem, with its golden sands and blue waters protected within the coral reef, which is one of the best surf spots on the West coast of Okinawa. Within a 15km range north and south of our house there is a variety of bays and beaches surrounded by high sandstone cliffs with near-endless activities both on and off the water. Yumi is also a professional masseuse and can offer one-hour massage for 4000 yen

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
