By far this was the best homestay experience I've had. Kengo and Yoko are really kind and helpful, always going out of their way to help you :) Having dinner with them everyday is what I looked forward to every evening during my stay as its always filled with laughter and delicious food! Staying there really felt like having a second family in Kansai for which I am so grateful for!
This was my first homestay and I really enjoyed it. I learned some japanese and yoko-san and kengo-san some german words. They are both such sweethearts.
Yoko lent me a bike, so I could reach the Mozu station in some minutes, that was not just convenient, but such a non-tourist experience to ride with a bicycle through the park to the station :-)
When I'm in Osaka again, I will surely come back, my stay this time was too short.
We had a lovely stay with Kengo and Yoko. They helped us learning Japanese, planning our trips and visit fantastic places. So we had a lot of fun together in this two weeks and I really hope that we will meet again!
Kengo and Yoko are very lovely people who will make you feel at home. My stay with them was filled with fun evening chats over dinner (which is delicious!). They have helped me plan my day trips to Osaka and made a lot of effort to communicate with me despite the little Japanese I knew. Although this was my first time travelling to Japan on my own, I felt very comfortable and at home with them. Hope to come back to Osaka and Sekai in the future!
We didn't stay very long unfortunately but we had a great time with Kengo and Yoko ! They really made us feel at home and we shared some great meals together filled with laughter :)
I'd definitely stay with them again if I go back to Japan someday !
Merveilleux séjour chez Yoko et Kengo, un jeune couple formidable qui vous feront découvrir le Japon et la culture Japonnaise.
One of the best travel experiences of my life. It's like having a second family! I can't wait to come back.
This guest awarded the host 5 hearts but didn’t leave any comments.
I really loved Oosaka, my favourite city in Japan. I've been only 5 days with Kengo and Yoko but they made me feel at home and I'll never forget the time that I spent with them. Thank you for all friends. Muchas Gracias ^_^
About the location is very near to Kansai Airport but a little difficult to arrive from Osaka-Shin station, anyway Sakai is a very peaceful place where you can experience the real japanese way of life, a very historical place and very close to Nagai Stadium and Tennoji Station. I would like to return in the future, very reccomended =)
I stayed for 2 nights in November. Really enjoyed time spent with both Kengo and Yoko, they are friendly, helpful, caring people. If I'm in the Osaka area ever again I'll know already where I wish to stay.
