About the Homestay
New apartment (2018), large terrace, standard and comfortable room.
We are in the Mizonokuchi (Takatsu ward) area of Kawasaki. Easy access to Kawasaki as for Yokohama, as well as for Tokyo.
10 minutes walking to Takatsu station (only local trains stop at this station) Denentoshi line (東 急 田園 都市 線) and 15 minutes to Mizonokuchi station (local and express trains stop here), or JR Musashi-mizonokuchi.
Central area, 5 minutes by train to Tokyo area, 22 minutes to Kawasaki, 37 minutes to Yokohama.

We are three family members. My husband (36), a 2 year old girl and I (32)
My husband speaks English (fluent), Spanish and Japanese.
I have basic English but I will do my best for communication.
My native language is Spanish, I speak Portuguese and Japanese fluently.
We want to help as much as possible. And that they feel as comfortable as possible.
We will give all the best of us!

Our house is located west in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
We are less than 1 km from the center and only 10 minutes to the train station.
Just 40 minutes drive from Haneda airport.
The bus stop is only 3 minutes walk from the house.

There is no noise at night.
The area is safe at night and the streets are quiet.

Caro and her family were very welcoming and kind, they made me feel right at home. They are the sweetest and nicest people I have ever met; and I can’t wait to go back! I’ll definitly stay with them again!! I honestly can’t find the words to thank you for making this trip so unforgettable :D

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
