Desk and bed are furnished. Kitchen ,bathroom etc are shared. Internet Wifi connection .
It is located 7 minutes walking from the Kiyosumi-shirakawa station ,where is 7minits from Tokyo station by subway.
Family:wife and two kids, they speak English, that will help your staying in Tokyo.

About the Area
My apartment is located 7 minutes walking from the Kiyosumi-shirakawa station ,where 7mnts from Otemachi(Tokyo)station. Close to city (downtown).
Ginza is 11 minits /Akihabara 7mnts by train ,Tokyo modan ArtMuseum is 5minits by walk.Available 3 bus lines. Cloese to big park , supermarket , restaurant , gymnastic , swimming pool.

1) Please be sure to lock all windows before leaving the house.
2) Smoking is ground floor
3) For fire prevention, we ask that you refrain from burning candles/incense.
4) Please turn off the a/c on when you leave the house - power is quite expensive in Japan compared to a lot of other countries.
5) Please take off your shoes at the entrance of the house.
6) Neighbors are senior citizens, therefore please do not be loud especially at night.
7)check in time :weekday after 3pm until 10pm. Weekend: Depends on the day. (Please ask us :)

I stayed here for a little more than four months and had a very good time. The family is super friendly, lively as well as reasonable. We had so many fun talks together. I will never forget how much we could laugh together. This was the first time I had so much fun in a host family. Thanks to all the things we experienced together, we could come closer to each other. Thank you very much for let me live with you for almost five months and let me experience lots of different things. I think I might have grown as a person. You kindness and politeness are some of the many reasons why I completely fell in love with Japan. If you have the possibility, please please please stay here!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
