Pop in my house located town of Snow Monkey and huge Shiga Kogen ski resort of Nagano, Japan. 3mins walk from Snow monkey bus stop.
The house itself is not special, pretty old Japanese style but keeps cozy. Common space for lounge and dining, fully equipped kitchen.
I like rustic stuffs by handmade, photo with emotion, lazy outdoor activity and tramping. Van life travel & Snowboarding around NZ for 2 years, wandered in Europe & Asia for 6 years. I could help you visit and know Nagano,not the normal tourist trail to visit and explore.

About the Area
Here Yamanouchi is well known as "Snow Monkey Park" and Shiga Kogen where is largest skiing resort in Japan. Chilling winter has beautiful snow blanket. Autumn season has amazing colored mountain, recommend hiking in the mountain and lakes. The town is very small, no supermarket, quiet, and old-way. Experience and find your new Japan, I'd love you help your learn.

Suzie’s place was great!! Suzie and Toru are awesome! They’re friendly and easy to chat with and their home is so cozy. It’s also easy to access from Nagano, Shiga Kogen, and of course the monkey park! I hope to stay again :):)

Suzie‘s house is at a beautiful place very close to the Snow Monkey Park, many Onsen and a huge Ski Resort! She and her husband welcomed me very nicely and when they were around, we talked a lot. They speak english very well and know the surroundings so they can give advice if you need some. The house is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. If you are interested in relaxing or doing activities in the mountains and you are looking for international contacts, I definitely recommend Suzie‘s place to you!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
