I stay in an apartment of 2 bedroom with my Husband and my 5 year son. The space i"m offering its a bedroom within my home. Its very clean, quiet and has a lot of light. I live in Innercore, Nairobi so its only 15 minutes from the CDB off peak hours and the bus fare its very cheap and affordable. The area is accessible 24 hrs

About the Area
My house its located in the Eastlands of Capital city Nairobi, which is only 15 minutes drive from the CBD. The place its very secure and accessible 24 hrs a day either by public means or taxis. My house its only 200 m from the main road and the bus stop. The area has a number of mini buses operating on so one can not stay for a minute with a bus stooping over. In town they drop you in the CBD where getting to most places its easy. One can get a Taxi from the same bus stop or can call a taxi from malls near by.
The mini buses operate 24 hrs so going and coming from town its easy.
There number of malls nearby where guest can get most of their needs- shujaa, Greenspan, Eastgate, Naivas mall. Also from the malls there hospital clinics like Aga Khan Hospital, Metropolitan, Mater Hospital and one of the most best Children"s Hospital Gertrude's is a km away.
The airport is 10 KM can be accessed through Outering Road.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
