The house is located in the suburbs of Nairobi at Donholm area in the larger Greenspan estate.i live alone but mostly i host volunteers.
The house is a three bedroom with a servants quarters and a garden within the compound.
there is a gazebo on the garden side and nice lawns.

The house is located within the Greenspan housing on approximately 14km from the Nairobi city Centre. there is a shopping Centre within the housing facility equipped with a numbre of other facilitates eg a supermarket,a hospital,a gym,a food and entertainment place. its a gated community with ample security and proper lighting on the streets and within the home.the bus stop is located approximately 1km from the house

House Rules
1.Each hosemate should mantain cleanliness of the house at all points.
2.each housmate MUST respect each others belonging and also take care of the house property. and willfull damage of property in the house shall be charged.
3.No bringing in of visitors except by the permission of the incharge after proper and approporiate information is provided in advance.
4.All nights out or lateness must be reported to the incharge in advance or immediately.
5.No wasting food,

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
