They say " its all about the company and experience at times and not the place ". A cool place can be awful if you have the worst company or experience.
I offer an entire Furnished Apartment all to yourself AND also a shared homestay apartment (with the host). Cozy Rooms JKIA and Hirwado Homes are my two 3 bedroom apartment units.
The apartments are along Beijing road, off Mombasa road close to the weigh bridge. They are on the 5th and 4th Floor level, both have bright natural lighting ,spacious and beautifully decor.
The en suite bedrooms are spacious and with king size beds. The other two equally spacious bedrooms have a shared bathroom and each have a double bed or two single beds. They can comfortable host a group of 5 -7 pax.
The place reflects the serene and calmness for cool neighborhood. The entire outside area has cabro finishing making your walking and jogging enjoyable. The house surrounding is secure and well located .

The place reflects the serene and calmness for cool neighborhood and 12 minutes away from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport .
The entire walk ways inside the estate and outside has cabro, making your jogging easy and enjoyable. Just 2 minutes walk, we have a mini shopping mall for that quick need. 5 minutes drive we have a super shopping mall all inclusive.
My place is 10 minutes walk to a bus stop making daily commuting to and from town and around convenient. In additional we are 8 minutes drive to the Syokimau Railway Station.I shall be glad to show you your way around and be helpful all through your entire stay.

House Rules
1. Smoking is allowed only Outside at the Balcony.
2. For the premises security i shall require to see on arrival and have a photo of your passport data page before arrival.
3. Extra guest that are not booked shall be charged Usd 20 per night and details provided prior. (Day visitors is free but all visitors shall be required to register and details provided prior at least a day to their arrival ).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
